What a great comfort to see a photo of your beloved pet plus a reminder that they are waiting for you. Even 2 months later, I still read and re-read the poem and it helps my heart heal a little more. Also, the company mailed this product out quick. I plus a friend I recently sent one to, recieved it incredibly fast! In addition, it arrived in the most beautiful packaging! I was stunned at how thoughtfully and beautifully it was packaged. The frame is made of heavy duty cardboard (I think) and is quite beautiful and sturdy. The back is covered with a hard plastic frame and stand. There is a place for a photo and the poem opens like a card on the left. There is also a little tab that can be used to keep the card (which the poem is on) closed so it does not get damaged. The attention to detail really was a wonderfully, thoughtful touch.
