I have not seen it, but she says it is lovely. She was so touched to receive it, and says it is perfect for her memories. The company was a pleasure to do business with...extremely helpful and accommodating. The poem is a beautiful verse looking to the future and knowing you'll never forget. Would certainly consider purchasing another one if any of my other friends lose a cherished pet.
