Q.  I'd like to send this to a friend in another city.  Will you ship direct to them?

A.  Yes, We ship direct and will add your personal message to the sympathy card.  Just let us know what you'd like to say (15 words or less) in an email to e-store@craftaframe.com.

Q.  I want this gift to look special.  How is it packaged?

A.  Each frame comes with it's own matching keepsake box.  The sympathy card rests in a pocket on the front flap of the box.  The box with card is protected by a crystal clear bag with an adhesive closure.  A crush proof cardboard wrap surrounds the box.  It ships in a Priority Mail envelope.

Q.  I'm shipping this gift to someone else and I don't have a picture of their dog to put in the frame.  What can I do?

A.  Having a beautiful photo in the frame has an important impact when this gift is opened.  Since we don't have access to an actual photo of the pet, we provide a demo photo in each frame along with instructions on how to replace it with the recipient's favorite photo.  If we know whether the pet is a cat, dog or horse, we make certain to use the appropriate demo photo.  If you have any special requests, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Q.  I have a my own special poem that I would like to have in the frame.  Would you do that?

A.  Yes. We want to provide the most meaningful and relevant gift or memorial that we can produce. The only limitation is the length of the poem that can fit in the space available.  Contact us with your request and we'll do our best to make it work.

Q.  I like the "Partner and Best Friends" poem but the dog was a female and all the references in the poem are for a male.  Can you change the "he" to "she" so it works for my situation?
