General Shipping Info

All orders are guaranteed to ship within 48 hours via Priority Mail with the US Postal Service; however we make every effort to ship within 24 hours.

Generally, the Priority Mail service will deliver a gift in 2 to 3 days, depending on the local destination mail service.  Our experience is that most gifts arrive within 2 days. 

If you would like us to ship a sympathy gift direct to a recipient, and have not been given an opportunity to leave a personal gift message, please email us and we will include your message on the gift card.
