Q. What if I don't have access to a photo?

A. If you can't supply a photo, we'll insert a display photo with instructions to the recipient on how to insert their own favorite photo. Since it is awkward to ask a recipient for a photo, you may be able to copy one from their Facebook page. We frequently transform FB images into remembrances.

Q. What size photo does this frame take?

A. The frame holds a 3.5” x 5” photo.

Q. Can I put the picture in myself, or do I have to send you one?

A. You can put your own photo in easily. The frame loads from the front. Just lift out the trim ring which surrounds the photo... put yours in and snap the trim ring back in place. We offer to Photoshop, reformat and print your photo for the frame just as a free service.

Q. I would like you to ship this directly to the recipient but I do not want any pricing included.

A. We often ship direct to the recipient and never include price information. Our packing list just shows the buyer's name, recipient's name, address and the frame ordered.

Q. How do you ship?

A. For all US shipments, USPS First Class is FREE. For international shipments, we ship First Class International.  Expedited USPS Priority shipping is also available.

Q. Can I hang this on a wall?

A. There is a slot on the back of the frame that will accept a picture hook, however this frame is sized to sit on a desk, credenza or nightstand and has a built-in easel.

Q. I only have pics on my phone of my friend's dog. How would the format work and how do I get the photo to you?

A. When you place your order, you'll have an opportunity to upload the pet's image.  Send the best image you have and include the pet's name.  We'll reformat, photoshop, overlay the pet's name on the image, print and insert it into the frame.

Q.  Can you ship my order direct to the recipient and put a gift message on the gift card?

A.  Yes, You can provide a personal message for the accompanying gift card when you check out. Our goal is to provide a complete and personalized gift.

Q.  How long will it take to get my order?

A.  We understand this gift is very time-sensitive.  We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours.  Standard USPS First Class shipping is free.  You will have the option to purchase Expedited shipping which will deliver the gift in 2-3 days.
